Orchard road is definitely recommended everywhere for shopping. But, do you know there’s a viewing gallery as well? You will be able to see Singapore landscape at 56 levels above Orchard road! Definitely a great place to chill after walking from one shop to another!

Known as one of the Hipster place in Singapore, this is a place where you can find various independent boutiques and several unique finds. Several cafes are located nearby as well, such as Artistry Cafe, Symmetry and Hyde and CoI frequently come here to unwind myself by walking along the beaches, or cycling with my friends. In a fast paced society, it is definitely important to unwind. If you are into hiking, why not try Macritchie Reservoir as well?

Award winning Gardens By the Bay is one of the most beautiful man-made garden in my opinion. Just come and let the smell of flowers sink in. One tip, come early in the morning! Apart from Gardens by the Bay, check out our newly named UNESCO world heritage site Botanic Gardens to enjoy tropical flora!

Located just right around the lane from Plain Vanilla, this is a very special bookstore. They sell literary trinkets in the form of stationaries (trust me, I’ve always wanted to get their pencils and postcards). They have several books which are quite difficult to find too and therefore, I always come here to look around for my next favourite book.
